Welcome, Sacred Spirit. We do offer classes here, and you're welcome to check those out on the main page of the Shamanscave website. You can also access some articles on dreaming from that same page. We do not, however, post instructions on this forum. Instead we do offer Dreaming and a great many other things through an integrated course of study in the Maker tradition. You're wise to avoid drugs and online instructions that are undoubtedly out of context. It takes a great deal of work and practice on top of intensive self-healing to move to certain states of consciousness. If anyone is giving this information without also offering proper training, chances are your resulting experiences would be unpredictable at best, and could end up being harmful to you. Hi Kraken - Life on the autistic spectrum is often painful, with roadblocks that "neurotypical" people can neither see nor understand. Especially if you are an empath and/or are shamanically inclined as well. I want to underscore what Rebecca has posted above. The self-healing practices taught here do really help, whether you feel drawn to continue on a shamanic path, or are simply needing to heal your own soul.. May you find what you seek. Beth

I've seen the same things you have. I belong to several Facebook shamanic groups so I can wwatch and see what's out there. Mostly misinformation and many, many lost souls. I've directed people to the cave several times, but a lot of people are really *wanting* the more metaphorical, power animalish, love and light kind of things. Not often the real deal, however. Beth
