ShamanZer0 Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 i know im a shaman for a few reasons i would like to hear others stories and i am hoping an experienced shaman can give me some guidence, so i can make the next step and so i can be ready for what happens next and make the right choices when the creator gives the next sign, the next test, and when the ancestors visit me again. i hope they do, those entities are so cool, and they help me with my creations. i want to share my story but id like to chat with a experienced shaman first for guidence, thank you Quote
Karl Posted July 15, 2020 Posted July 15, 2020 You're a true shaman based on the community you serve, doing shamanic work. These days, I doubt anybody would call you that, but the word doesn't matter. If you're called to help people in that way and you can do it, thats what matters. That being said, not everybody can or should want to walk a shamanic path. It's a difficult personal choice. The best guidance anybody can give you is to know yourself so you can make the best choice you can make for yourself. Also, beware of entities - nothing is free. Quote
Stacey Posted July 15, 2020 Posted July 15, 2020 Karl is right, the shaman title is street cred given by ones fellow community members one serves. I could call myself a shaman (my ego is very individualistic and proud hehe) bc of my inclinations but doing so is not a shamanic movement. Also plz know you dont need to wait around for anything to get done for you- not even yr ancestors. Manifesting your buried dreams is the most radical thing you can do ...all the best to you on yr journey... Quote
Stacey Posted July 15, 2020 Posted July 15, 2020 And to piggyback what karl said too about community members not immediately recognizing shamans, this is true- though I do think that someone w shamanic energy is almost universally 'responded to' on energetic level in a way that's unique within every community, and 'sought after' when shamanic assistance is needed....lol....not to say they're given the same level of recognition and consideration those w less taboo roles in the community are given.
