I don't wanna use any drugs so please give me methods I could practice on my own and I know there are many online but I wanna learn from someone that's experienced like a shaman. Quote

You can also access some articles on dreaming from that same page. We do not, however, post instructions on this forum. Instead we do offer Dreaming and a great many other things through an integrated course of study in the Maker tradition. You're wise to avoid drugs and online instructions that are undoubtedly out of context. It takes a great deal of work and practice on top of intensive self-healing to move to certain states of consciousness. If anyone is giving this information without also offering proper training, chances are your resulting experiences would be unpredictable at best, and could end up being harmful to you. Why pay for the classes? If you take a class here, for seven weeks, you have a dedicated class for 90 minutes where you will be given exercises to work on during the coming week. You can ask questions on what you are learning, if you are having difficulties with it. you will receive personal guidance. As much as we would love to teach anyone that wants to learn the tradition for free, it does cost money to run this site and the supporting software. There are a lot of people that have and do pay for classes here and honestly, once people have taken a class here, I don't think we've ever had anyone complain that it wasn't worth the the $65 or $75 they had to pay. Also, as Beth said, it would be irresponsible to just put the information out there without providing a way to support people who are attempting the practices. The author went to great length to make it accessible to everyone. I would second Lorrie and Beth and add that studying in a tradition is not about getting as many techniques as you can. It's about building upon a set of practices. I would suggest you take a look at the practices described in the 'Information' section, you will find there a great amount of material which you can use, including scrying techniques. Michelle Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Sacred Spirit, I have paid and am waiting to start classes in the next week or so. Why did I pay? Because I genuinely seek the knowledge. I am NOT paying for the knowledge, but for the TIME that has been put into putting these classes together and for the TIME it takes to teach them. Why ask someone with experience and knowledge to give up of their time for your education? It's only in the spiritual field that people expect this. The same thing is asked about tarot and reiki and other energy work. There is a belief that because its spiritual it should be free. But why? The people teaching still need to live and they cannot live in this world on the good feelings of students only. Also the whole 'it's spiritual so you should not have to pay' belief is built on a false idea that spiritual is somehow separate from the rest of the world. Actually, everything is spiritual. The physical world is just manifestation of the creative energies that underlie everything. They are all one, all the same. The only division exists in the human mind. Now, why should information be giving freely on this website? Are you aware going into spiritual realms can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing? Just because it's a spiritual realm doesn't mean it's all goodness and light. We see evidence of negative or evil in the physical world, well, as above so below or in this case as in the physical, so in the spiritual. Putting information on how to go off into the spiritual, how to have an OBE or astral travel would be irresponsible without giving all the other information needed on how to keep safe. That can be too much for a website to put up. Better to run a class to get to know who is using the information so they can be correctly guided. And there we are, back at running classes. I do not speak for the Maker Tradition of this website as I am yet to learn about it. I am speaking from what I have read widely elsewhere and what I already know from personal experience. Journeying and the spiritual realm is completely safe - if you know what you are doing. Why not invest in the time it takes to learn that? Quote

We all teach because we are passing the tradition on to those who are called to it, are making the time and energetic investment for newcomers as it has been so willingly and patiently been made available to us (me). We pay as students because it costs money to provide an online forum in which we are able to teach you, freely, for free. So really, you aren't paying for classes, knowledge, or teachers, but for the online access cost shared by all participants. You are here because you have shown the potential to learn. The rest is up to you, friend. Oh, and you don't get a piece of paper at the end of a class validating some perceptual construct "certification", this isn't your run of the mill online class setup. Intenting you more clarity on this, and please hang on to your hat because you're in for a ride no amount of money can ever buy. Mandy Quote

I have seen things begin to shift and change already, as I put the time into doing what I'm learning. This is an investment in *me*. One I am extremely glad I made. Quote
