Seeing the Past

Hello everyone over the last few months I have been having flashes of the past while I am awake, it happens at random times whether I am home or at work or traveling in my car. These flashes are brief but very intense and detailed and I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them as they seem to come out of nowhere.

Hi KAF,

 

I have experienced something similar and usually I observe what is happening in my life at the moment and look for connections between those memories from the past and the present moment. Often it seems there is no logical link between the two but I found out there is always an energetic one which I understood through the recapitulation process.
