Today was my first experience with this type of healing process, I had some visions, power animal came to me in the shape as a raven, in the middle realm I saw a ship sink and a whale emerge from the water and blow showers of light from his blow hole, I also saw lavendar oil and my upper realm everyone was in white except for a female glowing entity that was completely glowing gold positive energy, would anyone care to elaborate or have any insight.

I would encourage you to find your own meaning in the energy of your experience. It’s really easy nowadays to find information on the internet (about pretty much anything!) but i think that it can short-change us and our potential to draw from our own innate knowing.
