Cyfnos started working with shamanscave in 2005 after finding Niteshad’s website and reading it all during one rainy day while living in Washington D.C.

This moment was pivotal since after trying all sorts of things, meditation, yoga, deep relaxation/visualizations techniques, watching reruns of Magnum PI and none of them really working in creating real change, he gave this “intent thing” a try and his world finally started coming together.

Most of his childhood experiences were left without explanations: terrifying nightmares, prophetic dreams, visions, things going bump in the mornings, stuffed animal coming to life, it was all confusing and often scary.

With the self-healing he was able to bring clarity to his past and then let it go to build a very different life.

His area of interest is healing and gathering, understanding power through healing with a special fondness for fearlessness. One thing that helped him a lot through his apprenticeship and later as a teacher is his discovery that he was not his emotional reactions, they come and go but underneath there is something else to discover and it is his great pleasure to help students figure that out and once they do move toward what they choose to make with that discovery. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said it best: "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment."
