Shamanic Energy Healing Terms of Use & Confidentiality

I have read and understood all of the information provided on the Shamanic Energy Healing - Receive Free Distance Shamanic Healing from Volunteer Makers page.

I also understand that the Maker healing lab collective works on a limited basis and may not be able to do a healing for every submission they receive. If the collective is unable to do a shamanic healing in a timely manner, I will be informed via email.

Prior to submitting any information or agreeing to any Shamanic Energy Healing, I acknowledge and agree that I have read, understood, and agree to the entire Shamans Cave Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimer.

Confidentiality/Client Rights

I understand that my shamanic energy healing session is held confidential according to the terms of the Shamans Cave Privacy Policy, and I acknowledge and agree that I have read, understood, and agree to the entire Privacy Policy, including the section specific to shamanic energy healing.

I understand and agree that confidentiality of any information I submit is subject to any exceptions set forth in the Privacy Policy, and in particular, I confirm that I am aware that:

1. If permitted by applicable law, I may instruct Shamans Cave in writing to release any shamanic energy healing information I submit to my health care practitioners.

2. Confidentiality of any information I submit is always subject to any exceptions required by applicable law or regulations, including any local, state, federal or other laws and regulations.

3. Shamans Cave may release any information I submit if subpoenaed or otherwise legally obligated or reasonably allowed to do so (Including circumstances where there is clear and imminent danger to myself or another person).

4. The information I submit will be kept private in a secured forum and will not be shared with anyone outside the Maker healing lab collective members; provided, that Shamans Cave processes the information I submit as needed for the purposes of shamanic energy healing, including using third-party email plug-ins to process information submitted in online forms. Shamans Cave uses the shamanic energy healing information it receives only for shamanic energy healing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I or my representative(s) agree to release, forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless any and all individuals or entities involved with the Maker healing lab collective or Shamans Cave from and against any and all liability, damages, claims, or demands of any kind, whether known or unknown, relating to or arising out of or in connection with my shamanic energy healing session(s) or any information disclosed, used, or shared for such purposes. I acknowledge and agree that I have read, understood, and agree to the entire the entire Privacy Policy, including the section specific to shamanic energy healing, to the entire  UsTerms of use, including the release therein, and to the entire Disclaimer, including the statements that Shamans Cave does not, and does not intend to, substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

I have been informed that the Maker healing lab collective will neither diagnose nor prescribe for any condition that I might have. The Maker healing lab collective also do not make any specific claims regarding results from the shamanic healing session(s) that I may receive.
