We use this information to communicate with you, to respond to your requests, and to deliver our educational and informational Website and Content, as described in more detail in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

When you login to the Website, a cookie is created that stores your session data, such as your username. These session cookies are not stored or used other than to keep you logged into the Website. Our Website uses Google Analytics for third-party analytics services. Our Website’s forum uses Invision Community, which collects certain general data and information when you access the Website such as the browser and operating system you use, the website from which you access the Website, the sub-websites, the date and time of access to the Website, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, ISP (Internet service provider) and similar data. We use the AcyMailing plug-in for email address list management, through which we collect your email address, IP (Internet Protocol) address, and username. Depending on your behavior, may receive information such as images downloaded or links clicked in our emails. We use SendGrid as a third-party email delivery service for all of our outgoing emails. We share your email address with SendGrid to deliver the emails to you, and SendGrid provides us with email delivery status information. Some of our Content, such as our classes at The Caverns, is delivered through IRC (Internet Relay Chat). You may choose from a variety of suitable chat clients to access this Content. As a convenience, we often provide links to the free online Kiwi IRC client, which does not collect or provide us with any identifiable user data. Shamanic Energy Healing:

If you request shamanic energy healing from the Maker healing lab collective Healing, you may choose to provide information to us related to medical conditions or your shamanic energy healing experience. Your choice to disclose, or not disclose, this information to us is completely voluntary, and it is not required to access or use the Website or our Content.

We consider shamanic energy healing information private and do not share it with anyone outside of the Maker healing lab collective members in a private, secured forum that we use for our healing work; provided, that we process the information as needed for this purpose, such as using third-party email plug-ins to process information submitted to us in Website forms. We use the shamanic energy healing information we receive only for shamanic energy healing purposes.

As detailed in our Disclaimer, please be aware that we are not providing professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services in any way.
