Tossing Socks

It's very simple. Take two different colored socks.

Scrunch them up in your hand. Toss them over your shoulder onto your bed or the floor. 'See' how they landed before turning around. Then look at them - how did you do?

Do it over and over again, until you are right most of the time.

This helps you start you using your awareness in ways which you aren't familiar with in the world. It sounds silly, but it really is a start.
